Michael has his Masters in Economics and has been with the company since its inception in 2000. He runs the business hands-on, is action-driven and customer centric. Through his vision, PBSA leads the way in cutting-edge customer communications technology.
Leon has been with the company since 2012. He is a keen marketer and extremely passionate about anything digital. He has over two decades of ICT experience and his innovative spirit has been the driving force behind new and progressive cloud solutions like pbVerify and SignFlow. Leon firmly believes all businesses will one day run paperless.
Victor joined the company in 2003 with extensive technical experience and a National diploma in Electrical Engineering. He is results driven and passionate to help customers find new business opportunities. He believes customer satisfaction, good service, trust and reliability are key customer anchors for long-term sustainable business.
Joseph joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for managing stock and logistics in the PBSA warehouse. He is very dedicated to his work and an extremely committed and motivated individual.
Manager: Finance and Admin
Dianne is certified in Practical Accounting and Bookkeeping. She started with the company in 2018 as head of finance and administration. Dianne has strong business ethics and is dedicated to the financial well-being of the business, ensuring continued and profitable growth.
Andre joined the Company in 2018 with over ten years technical and sales management experience in Information and Communication Technologies. Andre is extremely passionate about his products and his customers. He is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and his loyalty to customers goes beyond the extra mile.
Steffan joined the company in 2016 and has a National N6 Diploma in Mechanical & Electronics. He completed his MDP certification through Stellenbosch Business School. He has over 16 years experience in operations and service delivery. He believes that excellent customer services equates to continuous repeat business.
Eugene is the Director of Development and Architecture on the SignFlow and DocFlow software platforms. Eugene is a coder at heart with exceptional skills in .Net C#, C++, Java and cryptography. He manages the cloud infrastructure, cryptographic environments and the core-systems development teams. He loves [lives on] pizza and Monster energy drinks.
Manager: Quality Management
Deon holds a B Admin Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of UNISA (2011), a Certificate In Total Quality Management (TQM) (UNISA 2003), an ICDL Certificate in Basic Concepts of IT (UNISA 2003) and is currently finalising his B COM in LAW at UNISA. Deon is extremely [painfully] systematic and manages the groups’ standards, policies, procedures and ISO-certified quality management systems (QMS).
